Our philosophy is accountable care with family involvement. Families are so often a part of the caregiving team for retirees managing conditions at home. Pursuant with the privacy wishes of each client, we believe in providing training to family as well as to patients and keeping the family informed and involved every step of the way. The same holds true with our referring physicians, where we follow orders to the letter and keep doctors fully informed about the progress of their patients.
